• Shipment & Consignment Data: Cargo descriptions, dimensions, gross weight, origin and destination coordinates, delivery sites, bill of lading numbers, packing lists, and customs documentation (Pemberitahuan Ekspor/Impor Barang - PEB/PIB).
• Operational & Journey Data: Real-time telematics and GPS tracking locations of contracted multi-axle trailers, lowbed units, barges, and carrier vessels during cargo transit.
• Digital Interaction Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and page navigation statistics gathered via standard server logs for system optimization and security audit trails.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

We process collected data exclusively for verified operational, regulatory, and contractual purposes:

• Preparing accurate route engineering surveys, bridge strength assessments, and customized freight quotations.
• Executing inland road transport, police escort coordination, customs PPJK clearance with Indonesian Bea Cukai, and port handling.
• Issuing digital shipment manifests, delivery orders (Surat Jalan), and delivery receipts with timestamped proof of delivery.
• Providing real-time shipment updates via WhatsApp dispatch and customer service channels.
• Fulfilling legal reporting requirements mandated by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, customs authorities, and port authorities (Pelindo).

DSK Logistics does not sell, rent, or trade your corporate or personal information. Information is disclosed strictly on a need-to-know basis to:

• Authorized Operational Subcontractors: Certified crane operators, stevedores, tug & barge masters, and escort units directly involved in your shipment execution under strict non-disclosure obligations.
• Governmental & Statutory Authorities: Directorate General of Customs and Excise (Bea Cukai), Port Authority Offices (KSOP), and Indonesian National Police (POLRI) for heavy-haul escorts and statutory permits.
• Insurance Underwriters: Marine and inland transit cargo insurance underwriters in the event of formal coverage issuance or claim adjustments.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement comprehensive physical, digital, and managerial safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All electronic communication and database stores are protected by enterprise-grade encryption.

Commercial shipment records, bills of lading, and fiscal documentation are retained in accordance with Indonesian tax and commercial retention laws (typically 10 years). Operational inquiry records without active engagement are purged after 24 months.
